First of all I would like to thanks God the creator of the world, sky and all human and non-human being found in the world, special thanks also to my relatives, friends, ladies and gentleman because without them I don’t know where I have been until now.

Ladies and gentlemen Stress is one of the human disaster in the world now days and its impact might not seen very simple but it is very dangerous than what we think if it reach to the highest level by understanding this scenario with my little knowledge I decided to teach my follower on how they could deal with stress. Introduction to stress
Meaning of stress
Simply it is a human reaction to events in our environment. Other scholar defines stress as wear and tear on the body.

Groups of stress
1)     Eustress/good stress
E.g. getting into college
       Getting engaged
       Winning the lottery
2)    Distress/bad stress
E.g. Difficult working environment
       Threat of personal injury

Four types of stress
a)    General stress
ü Everyone has
ü It resolve within a day or two days

b) Cumulative stress
ü Stress build up in your body
ü Difficult to resolve
c) Acute Traumatic stress
ü Critical incident stress
ü A normal reaction to abnormal events
ü Produced considerable psychological distress.
d) Post Traumatic stress
ü Created by unresolved critical incident stress.

General Adoption syndrome
Stage I: Fight
Stage ii: Stage of adoption
Stage iii: Stage of exhaustion
              After stress persist for a long time.
